Change Directory to Folder in user-facing strings #206

This is an attempt at partially fixing #204. I've limited myself to changing strings in the UI and the README, not in comments or in class/function/variable names. I also haven't changed some strings where I wasn't sure if it should be directory or folder. Please note that I haven't tested building this. Hope this helps!

Also, I've only changed the English language strings.

Thanks. The change looks correct. I'll merge it when I have the time to see whether it still builds and tests still pass. (I suppose tests are currently not passing on master. So if you want to go ahread and try building and running tests, be aware that possible failures might not be due to your changes.)
