Fedora 39 supporting #212

Error:
 Problem: package syncthingtray-1.4.8-1.1.x86_64 from home_mkittler requires libsyncthingconnector.so.11()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libboost_filesystem.so.1.78.0()(64bit) needed by libsyncthingconnector11-1.4.8-1.1.x86_64 from home_mkittler
  - package syncthingtray-1.4.8-1.1.ppc64le from home_mkittler does not have a compatible architecture
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

There isn't even a repo for Fedora 39 yet. Whatever repo you've been adding won't work as you can see. I've just added a repo for Fedora 39 but it'll take a while until OBS has built/published everything (and maybe there are build errors to be fixed).

Looks like all packages have been built and published.
