The namespace for BudgetService in v201306 points to v201302 #115

Which version of the library are you using?
v201306

Which version of PHP are you using?
Not using.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
From the source code that can be found.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The namespace of BudgetService in v201306 points to v201302, it should be 
v201306.

Please provide any additional information below.

Currently working on a fix for this problem.

Please bear in mind there are a number of object changes in the update. Will 
point to a ChangeList when I push it.

This should now be resolved.

Please bear in mind there have been changes to the BudgetService in the v201306
