Alert Service not returning any alert for non MCC account clientCustomerId #118

Which version of the library are you using?
V201309

Which version of PHP are you using?
PHP Version 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
By running a example for GetAccountAlerts.php under AccountManagement.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Alert for budget and all other types

Please provide any additional information below.
Giving error "An error has occurred: [AlertError.INVALID_CLIENT_ID_SELECTED @ 
selector.query.clientExternalCustomerIds[0]]"
For single customerId,

Any update?
I am waiting for this.
As on thread you said this was possible but using API it is not possible.
