Update sample application to use test accounts #92

What is the feature you would like to see added to the library?
Would be nice to have a sample app that worked using the current library with 
test users.

When would this feature be useful?
Immediately since I can't find any useful resources in getting this to work.

Would you be willing to implement this feature and contribute it to the
project?
Absolutely. I just need to find an example that works so I can get started.

Hi Iam,

Test accounts work exactly the same as regular accounts. The only difference is 
configure your settings.ini to use a test account client id.

In which case you can simply use the existing examples (like GetCampaigns.php) 
to retrieve test account data.
