[BUG REPORT]: Replace generated ICS file names to unique Id's #60

Explain what went wrong.

Currently, an ics file name is generated in the form of [ID]-[NAME].ics for each competition. However, competition names could be changing, which can cause problems for people who have subscribed to that calendar.

This should be updated to just the ID.
