disconnect() missing? #20

Hi!

According to the docs I miss the counterpart of connect() - disconnect() :-)

Is it missing by intention?

I was also looking for disconnect function. I have created a pull request here https://github.com/MartijnBraam/gpsd-py3/pull/26
