Qgis3: all algorithms loading in screen #14

  1. All algorithms are loading fine, but they were not tested!
  2. nlmpy algorithms are not loading fine, couldn't find the reason.

Thanks a lot for the assistance! Would be excellent if these changes are all that it takes to port it to Q3. I will have a look at this as soon as possible.
