What needs to be written?
The post treatment interviews have two distinct differences.
The first questions are "quantifiable questions" with a agree/disagree axis.
The second couple of questions are structured to go through everything the user has done using the system (or around the system) and hear what thoughts and reflections they made (if any)
Why do we need it?
This is to make the study design clear when we present it, so it doesnt seem we made alot of "random" questions in the top or bottom of the post-treatment study
