(app) Previous days take up timeslots taken from previous months #314

Describe the bug Previous booked dates take the time slots of the system for future months (it checks on day/hours not month or year!)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Booking Calendar
  2. Go to backend and see the booking data
  3. See future months have booked times that does not match backend

Expected behavior A booking should be unique to the timeslot it books
