docs: build FDK-AAC from source & point to correct pkgconfig dir #37

Your previous script didn't work for me, so here is one that should work on macOS. The errors were that libvvdec couldn't be found (fixed with export line) & that libfdk_aac couldn't be found (fixed with export line + building from source)

Thank you for your pull request of macOS build script fix on your contribution! I understand you fixed my script to fix not found libvvdec and libfdk_aac reported on FFmpeg configuration, so I'll merge your fix script code change of pull request to my repository. :)
