Add option to configure scrollbar buttons #10

It would be nice to have an option to configure scrollbar buttons, as you can with breeze and oxygen. Here's an example from breeze: image Nice work btw :)

Well this would require me to write a settings UI. But it has been a feature of Qt3 Plastik, so it might be something I can implement at some point.
