Users, Coaches and Admin accounts #19

Add User accounts to use the app, create workouts, etc. Add Coach accounts to be able to manage your workouts and progress. Also be able to send you push notifications with info about working out / progress. Add Admin accounts to be able to do everything. (Back door)
