[Bug] ExerciseSet once updated changes all sets for the same exercise

Exercise-ExerciseSet set bug found #

• all exercises share the same id
• have all 60 default exercises with id 1-60 in DB and all workout exercises with UUIDs
• create new entity for all 60 default exercises (id: Int)
• when chosen a default exercise entity just create a custom exercise entity with new setId generated
• migrate to composite primary keys
• migrate exerciseId and workoutId to UUID...
• fix tests (add for normal getExercise and getExercises UseCases)
