[Bug] hasUpdated not consistent #9

Investigate why hasUpdated fails sometimes. Usecases:

[x] - delete exercise -> broken
[x] - add exercise
[x] - edit workout name
[x] - create workout and nest the actions
[x] - with already created workout nest the actions
