Phone app needs work #28

The phone app can be used to select the file, control the brightness and the frame display time. It can also start the display but it really needs to be able to control even more of the settings. Once more of it is working I will add to this repository.

The new TTGO TFT color version has implemented a WiFi web browser interface for controlling the system. Development of the phone app has stopped. We found that BLE and WiFi couldn't run at the same time, and the web interface allows using a computer as well as phones. This seems like a better idea.
