[V2] Update dependencies and make last fixes before v2 #45

Proposed changes

Made a few small changes in relation to the V2 release.

  1. Updated dependencies.
  2. Remove the use of Typescript in examples.
  3. Fixed Storybook after switching to absolute imports with the @ alias.
