Subtitle for Title & Section Slide Gets Markdown For The Slide #115

Since 3 April 2022 build title is duplicated into subtitle, along with leading octothorpes. i.e. it's the original title's Markdown.

linesAfterConcatenation in line 4957 contains the correct values.
