Support macro invocation #116

Can only work for a .pptm file - and with the macros already included.

Prototype - with runs - already works.

Prototype with clickable pictures works. Uploaded to trunk. Docs written.

Note: External program support investigated. Needs a rels file update - which might be beyond what python-pptx can do.
