Add support for presentation title and subtitle in footers #120

Complements <section> and allows things like presenter name to be in a footer.

Actually a lot more besides:

  1. Individually referencing first 3 lines of Section Title, Presentation Title, Presentation Subtitle.
  2. Honouring <br/> in footers.

Coded and tested.
