Cards To Have Optional Images At The Top #138

I've just seen an example of a slide which could be implemented as cards where an image was the first thing in a card. It looked quite good.

Finding good syntax for this might be difficult. Also rendering could be quite fiddly.

This got partially prototyped. Layout got a little tricky. Still aiming to complete it.

Implemented - with more function than originally prototyped in v4.3
