Option to put card titles inside the cards #63

Default would be the same behaviour as today: To put the title above the card.

This one is more difficult than some because it would require separating the text area in the card from the background. And then inserting the title.

Metadata bit written - CardTitlePosition. Making it take action remains to be done.
