If a slide has 1 graphic on top and 2 on the bottom the top one is left-aligned. It should be centred.

Works fine with no template specified. But with template: Martin Master.pptx it is left-aligned.

Fixed in v2.0.1. I've no idea why it worked without a template file but am certain why it didn't when there was a template file.
