Calendar Month Heading Support #16

With md2pptx 2.6 you can have a table cell that spans multiple columns. That could be used to create a header row with e.g. "November 2021" centred in it.

Notes:

  1. If md2pptx SpanCells: no is in effect this won't work.
  2. Strings like "November" are obviously English. Maybe a method of translating should be available. Or else the user specifies the heading somehow.
