The collected sub-preambles in the `.sta` file should be written as they are in the the sub-files #5

The collected sub-preambles in the .sta file should be written as they are in the the sub-files, in order to avoid compilation errors.

E.g. the following code in the preamble of a sub-file:

which causes the compilation to fail.
