A LaTeX class and package is provided which allows LaTeX diagrams or other LaTeX code to be compiled standalone or as part of a main document. Special support for pictures with beamer overlays is also provided.

`standalone` class and `caption` package currently incompatible #6
The standalone class and the caption package are currently incompatible but the author of the latter have introduced and documented a new interface for writing adaptions of the caption package to document classes (see this comment).
It would be nice if this incompatibility could be solved.
