Add SHA-256 signature to App Details screen #68

Should resolve #67

Keep in mind that I could not build the project (see #55, I would be very grateful if it would be possible to build and debug the project) but considering the scope of the change I'm fairly confident that there is no major issue with it, though it should be run and verified if it works @MartinStyk.

Also I don't speak Japanese or Chinese so I based the translations on the MD5 hash, assuming it is written similarly in these languages.
