Added names to init updated file name to be .pyi

I didn't really know what I was doing; when this version didn't work I looked up the mypy docs and did it right 😄

I didn't look at the extension. I think I need to add some CI steps :thinking:

With xlrd deprecating support for .xlsx, this is probably about to get a lot of traffic.
