please consider adding this library to MELPA #1

This would make installation and updates more automated. lsp-go, lsp-haskell, lsp-java, lsp-mode, lsp-python, and lsp-rust are already in MELPA.

I'll try to do that over the next few days. Have never added a library to MELPA before, so I have to figure out how this works.

It is fairly easy, see https://github.com/melpa/melpa#contributing. The recipe will be trivial. The good folks at MELPA give you a code review and may ask for superficial changes, but overall the process is fairly smooth.
