Walkie Talkies #114

I could not find a walkie talkie issue, so I made one. I think we all decided that walkies would be a good idea, so I started to research. There are LOTS of choices. The cheapest I found were at radio shack - $20 for 2. They could be worthless, but they only need to last one weekend. They have a 30 day return policy so should I buy and try them out? IF they work, who do you think will need them, so I know how many to buy? Maybe you know about walkie talkies and can make a suggestion.

Bought a set of 2 $10 walkie talkies from radio shack. They worked fine when David was down at the road and I was in the kitchen. They have a 30 day return policy, so I will buy 2 more sets in a couple of weeks. That way we will have 6 total, in case we need them. If we don't, I'll return what we don't use.
