Call tent rental place

Central virginia rentals is the place, and we need to reserve a tent for 100 ppl (30x60?)

We should also ask about the following:

• electricity source
• lighting after dark
• rain skirt
• sound system
• stage/platform?
• decoration
• setup/breakdown timeframe
• get it thursday, so we can decorate it?
• standing tables
• trash cans
• bathrooms

So we called up the tent place and here's the information we got

Tent 30 x 60 = $709 Deposit only for tent (nothing else we reserve) 50% = $355 Light $250 Tent-walls: we would need 9 pieces given our tent side. Without windows $30 per piece, with windows $40 per piece Dance-floor: 4 x 3 foot $24.50 a piece Stage: 4 x 4 foot $31.50 a piece Extension courts available up to 100 feet Battery sound system (two speakers) $147 Cocktail tables $7.90 a piece Chairs (nice white wooden folding ones) $2.90 a piece 32 gallon disposal bin for $7

Tent delivery: as early as Wednesday before the wedding until Monday or Tuesday

Debbie is the person to ask for reservation, she's the coordinator. The guy we talked to also told us that everything we reserve we can lower the quantity off or even cancel in time. So in case of the walls we should totally reserve them and check the weather. If we think it's not needed we can cancel it 2 days before the wedding without any charges. As long as they don't bring the material. We won't pay anything for it either, the only deposit requires is for the tent (50%).

I called tent rental place about:

extension cords - the ones they have are 10 gauge (nice and heavy, must be plugged directly into breaker box. David needs to make an outlet on the breaker box for that.) We need about 250 ft to reach the middle of the tent. We will talk to an electrician to see if we can safely run 10 gauge wire that far with lights, an amp, and TV or projector running.

Cocktail tables - they have a single post with 4 legs at the bottom so you can poke them into a grassy lawn to level and secure them. (I was worried they might be tippy on grass.)
