We need about 20 of these for now, with a ribbon around them and a few paper ct out flowers on each

Problems and solutions 1) Wine bottles are tall with narrow bottoms, so they might knock over or blow over easily. Solution - weigh down with gravel, make wooden stands to put them in? 2) Wine bottles have narrow mouths, so they will be difficult to fill with water (if putting in fresh flowers). Solution - use a funnel. 3) Wine bottles have narrow mouths, so only one, or two, or three fresh flowers will fit in them. Solution - if you want to have some vases that hold lots of fresh flowers, use some bottles that have wider mouths.
