What help do we need before, during, and after? Who can help?

Emma said she would be happy to help.
Johnny usually enjoys helping with certain activities.
Grace's Jim is a handy guy and he likes to help. Besides running errands, and hammering nails, he is good with electronics and could set up the slideshow equipment in the tent. Maybe he would even be willing to do poi (fire entertainment). That is, assuming he can come. (And assuming he is invited. Are other 291 significant others invited? I think you said Nate Leith was invited. What about Aaron and Nate Winston's girlfriends? Do we have the final guest list?)

We'll keep thinking.

How many helpers?

Kitchen - Gilberts had 3 ladies keeping the food in the food line full and fresh. And after they saw how far away the tent would be from the kitchen, they suggested we have 4.

Shuttle driver - The Gilberts wish they had one driver assigned for the entire event.

Last we talked, we only had Becky and Emma as kitchen helpers, with Mo as a driver who can help with food during dinner. This seems like enough to me, so I am going to close this.
