Publish the library in a Maven repo

I would like to use the library in a Maven project.
I have to upload it into my own repository.
It would be nice if the project would be also in a public repo.

JavaParser is already available in the maven repository. But version 1.0.2 only.
Someone asked for me to publish the JavaParser, I gave him the pom file and he 
dealt
with the rest. 

I have written a new pom file (attached). Your help is wellcome.

JavaParser is now available over a maven repository.
