Need API to set tab size in JavaParser or ASTParser #36

I'm use 1.0.8 version.

When source contains mixed 4chars indent and tabs, expr.getBeginColumn()
returns incorrect value. 

JavaCharStream already has a setTabSize() method, but there is no way to
access it by JavaParser or ASTParser.
