Mod suggestion: OF/MCPatcher Resource Pack Features

Description

Taken from MCPatcher's overview of features:

• Animated Textures for everything
• Random Mob Skins
• Custom Colors (Already Exists)
• Connected Textures (Already exists for fabric, added for completeness sake)
• Better Glass (translucency)
• Better Skies
• Custom Item Textures (this one I really want - makes enchanted books easier to sort)

Taken from Optifine's overview of features:

• Dynamic Lights (it's defined by the resource pack, so resource pack feature I guess)
• HD Fonts and Textures
• Better Snow (not really a texture pack feature, but might as well mention it here)
• Natural Textures (random rotation of certain block's textures)
