I would like a button to reload resources to be added to the main menu/title screen. This would make development of resource packs which include GUI elements only found on the main menu easier. It could also be useful for debugging other mods.

Extra: Make the F3+T shortcut work on the title screen, and in menus. If possible, make a config screen that allows the title screen button to be disabled, while keeping the F3+T shortcut active.
