Fixed crash when Pokemon reaches Lv 100 in battle (Related to EXP Bar) Fixed Common event input doing nothing

I fixed the Exp bar thing in a different way in a recent commit, and also put the Common event fix in that commit while I was at it. This pull request is now redundant.
