As discovered by Awesomelink234 of Bulbapedia, Clangorous Soul is a dancing move. https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Special:Diff/3633158 The thing is, we didn't know about this until now.

Duplicate of #194, which was made against the wrong branch.
