GPIO count discrepancy on Armada 38x #72

The Armada 38x DT says the second GPIO bank has 28 GPIOs, but the pinctrl driver only declares 27 in the gpio ranges.

I've sent a set of patches at http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2015-June/349501.html to fix various pinctrl issues. Patches 8 and 9 are fixing this issue for Armada 38x and Armada 39x.
