Sync a38x mv_ddr code from upstream U-Boot project #29

Upstream U-Boot project contains some additional a38x patches for mv_ddr code. This pull request contains all these patches which are required for some a38x boards and also patch which fixes compile errors for ddr3 a38x.

@kostapr: Could you please look at these patches? They are already part of upstream U-Boot and needed for some a38x boards. It would be nice if you could include them also into Marvell SDK, so upstream U-Boot a38x ddr code and Marvell SDK would be in sync.
