Franz threatening email if player leaves Franz1 puzzle #167

Franz writes you a threatening email if you leave Franz1 (kill Diego) puzzle.

Player can leave the puzzle by choosing another puzzle or closing the game (or loging off with #162 , but that will probably be handled the same as closing the game)
