Cannot convert from base64 to image #14

I need to convert the base64 signature to an actual image, so I'm doing:

var s = System.Text.Encoding.UTF8.GetString(Model.Signature);
var b = Convert.FromBase64String(s);

But converting from base64 throws an exception: System.FormatException: 'The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.'

The image data is: Remove the header and it works.
