Variations in font styles #11

There are a few variations in fonts throughout. Most notably headings that have mock typeface or a fancier script than the rest of the text. Should they be encoded to track those differences? This is a very visually based text, I know that right now the transformations can't really handle it, but I think it is rather important to encode so that the full visual is there.

Since most of the different fonts are in titles or heading I haven't really been making note. I add in comments when different fonts are used in places other than headings.

The last page of the issue is like this. There are a lot of different fonts and sizes that make up the ads on this page. I know we have the image use now, but i'm not sure if that is something you want encoded or just a note later on saying that there are a lot of different fonts to catch the eye and make it more ad like.

For now I am just going to type out all caps versus normal capitalization and make a note that the fonts and sizes change.

I totally haven't been making a note of font changes. I have been doing all caps vs normal caps though. Is this something we are actually concerned about?
