  2. Fix encoding issues in the two issue one files
  3. DiffFile and created a corrected file
  4. Crop pictures
  5. Upload the first issue
  6. Start researching stuff
    • What do we actually want to research?
    • People (Dictionary of National Biography)
    • Places
    • Ships
  7. Transcribe and encode Issue 2
  8. Repeat steps 3 - 6
  9. Transcribe and encode Issue 3
  10. Repeat steps 3 -6
  11. Just keep going with the transcribe, encode, research, upload cycle.
