What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just enable it in tweaks.

Minor glitch, in tweaks for 2nd carrier label set to CPU Frequency displays 
info for 4 CPU cores, obviously we only have 2, The info is correct for the 2 
cores, but core 3 and 4 displays 0.

Also The usage option does not change from previous selection.
