What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just enable it in tweaks.

Minor glitch, in tweaks for 2nd carrier label set to CPU Usage does not display 
any info, or change if it was set to something different, ie., it will display 
last selection you made.

Confirmed as a bug which some other Viper ROMs are experiencing as well 
(Adrellos)
