Sense home screen continuous scroll is not fluent. #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on the continuous scroll option in tweaks
2. Scroll to the end of your screen and try to get it to scroll around to the 
start again
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should scroll back to the start. But instead it just hangs until you try to 
scroll again and then it moves 2 screens over

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Venom rom 
for HTC One XL android 4.04 

Please provide any additional information below.
I installed the rom with full sense/Red theme and Telus data icons

Other people on the team are aware of the problem so it's not specific to this 
ROM. We'll look into it.
