wifi and data won't stay connected. Turns off and on every couple of minutes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Which version of ViperXL you are using?
HTC one x 1.2

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom?
