System r/w button does not work/stick in Venom Tweak #34

Describe your problem or your enhancement here:
System r/w is somehow set to be enabled by default upon flash reboot and it 
would not change to read only by unchecking it in venom tweak app; had to mark 
it read only in root explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
be able to change it to read only and would stick upon reboot

Which version of ViperXL you are using?
2.2.0

Which kernel do you use, custom or stock? if on Stock, did you flash the
latest one that comes with the rom?
Beastmode 4.3
